Shahryar
Seyed Mohammad Hossein Behjat Tabrizi (Shahryar), born 21 March 1904 near Tabriz, known by the nickname of Shahryar (Shahryār) (and before that, Behjat), was an Iranian poet composer of poems in Turkish Azeri and Farsi.
Shahryār, after finishing secondary school in Tabriz, moved to Tehran where he continued his studies at the Dārolfonun school and later at the University of the medical school.
About six months before obtaining a doctorate, due to a disappointment in love, a pessimistic view of life and other events, he abandoned his studies.
The University of Tabriz considered Shahryār one of the leading exponents of poetry and literature in the country and the Faculty of Literature and Human Sciences awarded him the Doctorate of Merit.
Shahryār composed more than 27 lines in Persian and nearly 3 in Azerbaijani Turkish.
His most important work is the collection "Heydar Bābāie Salām"(Salām be Heydar Bābā) considered among the masterpieces of Turkish Azeri liter
